Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Delivery Estimates

Once an order is confirmed, Digital Marque will provide an estimated delivery date. While we aim to meet this date, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
We will do our best to deliver orders on time.

All artwork must be approved by the Client, and Digital Marque must receive written confirmation of this approval.
Payment must be fully cleared in Digital Marque’s bank account before the order is processed.
Orders will not be placed into our supply system unless these conditions are met.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payment is made and that Digital Marque is informed of the payment.
Proof of payment with proper bank details may be required. Any tampering with proof of payment will result in legal action.

Economy Service: Orders take 5-7 business days to deliver after payment confirmation and artwork approval. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
South African Manufactured Items: Delivery takes 10-15 business days after payment confirmation and artwork approval.
Imported Products:
- Air freight: 30-45 business days.
- Sea freight: 75-90 business days.
- Artwork approval may take 2-3 business days, starting only after payment clearance.
Payment and Lead Times
- Payments must reflect as “cleared” in Digital Marque’s bank account for lead times to commence.
- Payments by cheque or other methods may cause additional delays of up to 10 working days.
- Full upfront payment may be required for branded products. No products will be released without full cleared payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may only be cancelled at Digital Marque’s sole discretion.
Delays and Liability
- Digital Marque is not responsible for delays caused by flights, customs, loss of goods, or damages while in transit. This includes delays resulting from force majeure events, war, terrorism, civil riots, or other extraordinary circumstances.
